Great product, but do not cut them! I made the mistake of cutting mine to fit my small Dutch oven, which caused fiberglass to escape. U-Taste’s customer service offered to refund me, though. Overall, great slings—just don’t cut them!
This is a fantastic product for bread lovers. My father-in-law bakes bread frequently and has said multiple times how useful this sling is for lifting dough from the pan without damaging the loaf. It also helps prevent sticking and makes baking easier, especially as his shoulder strength has diminished. The measurement guides are helpful for avoiding overflow and waste. Overall, a great addition to any baker’s kitchen that will get regular use.
Essential for baking bread in hot Dutch ovens!
These slings are easy to use and seem durable enough for frequent bread baking. They clean easily, but I’m a little concerned about the temperature rating, as many bread recipes call for higher heat than what these slings are rated for.
