This set of three spatulas is fantastic! I’ve always used a rubber spatula for icing cakes, but it was never ideal. Now I realize what I’ve been missing. The batter doesn’t cling to these spatulas, and the different sizes are perfect for various tasks. They fit comfortably in my hand, which makes a big difference. So far, I’ve only used the 8", but with the holidays coming up, I’m sure the other two sizes will come in handy. Excellent product!
